The CFO will play a pivotal role in the financial operations, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance. This leadership position demands a professional with a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the nonprofit sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning financial initiatives with the broader vision and objectives of the CEO and the Board, and must be adept at managing risk and communicating complex financial information to various stakeholders. Strong system integration skills and the ability to collaborate with operations, quality, and IT teams are essential to support the organization's growth and innovative nature.
