As part of our growing team, you will provide counseling services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and fellow therapists.This is a hybrid position, offering both telehealth and in-person opportunities based on client and program needs. We offer flexible scheduling:Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMWe are currently hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions.Therapists will provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our practice utilizes a robust Electronic Health Records (EHR) system with an integrated telehealth platform to ensure efficient and secure service delivery.Practice Support & ResourcesNew patient schedulingCredentialing supportAdvertising and marketingCopay collectionPrior authorizationsPatient relations supportEstablished referral baseIn-house prescribers for medication managementElectronic EHR systemSecure phone system (to maintain professional boundaries)Online fax systemPaid trainingCollaborative, team-based work environmentResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)Develop and implement individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other treatment providersParticipate in team meetings and case consultations as neededComplete required EHR training modulesQualificationsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health fieldActive professional license in your state (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, Ed.D)Experience providing therapy across the lifespan preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport with diverse populationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsFlexible work from home options available.
