Starting salary is $65K+, negotiable based on experience, plus you'll receive a company vehicle! This role also qualifies for a yearly bonus! Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision along with other supplementary plans Matched 401K Generous PTO Company Vehicle Key Responsibilities: Ensure direct communication with customers throughout the project to provide excellent service. Manage and schedule direct report Carpenters effectively. Address technical issues and installations with the Regional Construction Manager. Facilitate the timely procurement of materials, permits, and inspections. Ensure all construction and carpentry projects are completed on time and with high quality. Oversee adherence to project scopes regarding time and material specifics, reporting any discrepancies. Assist with change order estimates, approvals, and documentation. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Monitor productivity of all Construction division employees. Review job cost reports to manage labor and material expenses. Schedule, price, and oversee subcontractor performance. Comply with all safety practices and regulations, using and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Uphold company policies as per the Employee handbook and DSI safety manual. Drive a company vehicle to customer-designated locations. Execute all work in accordance with relevant regulations and quality standards while ensuring world-class customer service. Maintain a clean and neat job site to reflect our commitment to quality. Establish and maintain project schedules, participating in On-Call rotations as required. Perform additional tasks as necessary that may extend beyond normal job duties. Requirements: Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Minimum of 5 years of Hands-On Construction Experience. Preferred 2 years of Project Management Experience. Strong Remodeling/Restoration experience is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50+ lbs. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Xactimate experience is preferred. Why Choose ServiceMaster DSI?
