Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role The Senior Solutions Engineer is a key player in Enavate's mission, dedicated to ensuring client success and fostering business growth. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional, business-focused solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ecosystem. This hybrid role combines in-depth product knowledge, technical proficiency, and business insight to assist clients—particularly in manufacturing, distribution, and professional services—on their digital transformation journeys. Your responsibilities include leading solution design, engaging in pre-sales activities, and conducting product demonstrations. You will promote seamless collaboration between Sales, Delivery, and Product teams, focusing on measurable business results and heightened client satisfaction. Reports to: Engineering Leader Travel: Up to 25% Location: This role is available in multiple locations, with hybrid options (3 days in office) in Tampa, FL, and Fargo, ND, as well as remote opportunities across the rest of the U.S. and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales to conduct discovery sessions, design customized BC solutions, and oversee implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Provide impactful, hands-on demonstrations of Microsoft Business Central and related Microsoft technologies, highlighting business value and return on investment. Convert business needs into functional, value-driven solutions utilizing BC’s core capabilities with minimal customization. Facilitate workshops and training for clients transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud environments. Engage with internal experts across CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot to develop comprehensive Microsoft-based solutions. Contribute to the advancement of Enavate's delivery methodology and industry-specific solution templates. Requirements for Success in this Role: Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or functional consulting in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including hands-on BC implementation. Expertise in Business Central and associated Microsoft technologies; capable of delivering demonstrations with confidence. Strong ability to connect technical capabilities to business impact and ROI for clients. Experience working with clients in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services sectors. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide business users and manage expectations effectively. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to collaboration across diverse geographies and functions to achieve optimal client outcomes. Important: All North American new hires are onboarded in person at our Tampa office. Onboarding typically lasts 3 to 5 days, depending on the role, and provides a chance to connect with your leader, teammates, and our company culture.
