Senior Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who is passionate about improving customer health by making it easier for them to find and manage their prescriptions. This role involves hands-on participation in various pharmacy operations, including the full spectrum of prescription fulfillment— from the initial processes of filling, verifying, and shipping orders to ensuring top-notch quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality assurance of medications during packing and bulk dispensing. Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to conduct thorough quality checks prior to shift end. Manage customer profiles effectively using PharmacyOS. Handle prescription processing, coordination of transfers, and acquisition of new prescriptions. Provide clinical guidance and answer inquiries for patients and healthcare providers. Investigate and resolve medication errors responsibly. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and company procedures. Support internal teams with pertinent pharmacy information to enhance customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree. Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the relevant state, with additional licenses as needed. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift 20lbs for warehouse tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in Long-Term Care or Retail settings. Exemplary communication skills. Work Schedule: Sun-Wed 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wed-Sat 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Fri-Mon 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Location: Fairburn, GA Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $103,800.00 - $146,400.00 per year.
