Training Pay: Receive $55,000 - $70,000 during your training period. Generous Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 based on your experience. Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit a DOT inspection report. Ensure the accuracy of bills of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries. Drive the tractor-trailer to destinations, adhering to commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in vehicle maneuvering. Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions. Unload trailers and deliver products to customer premises. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications for CDL-A Drivers: Must be at least 21 years of age. Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience. Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
