Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Architect eager to contribute to our innovative journey! Key Responsibilities: Design and validate a robust, efficient, and scalable Salesforce architecture for global multi-cloud implementations. Critically evaluate proposed solutions for maintainability, extensibility, and long-term viability. Ensure all architectural decisions align with Salesforce’s product roadmap, enterprise architecture principles, and internal standards. Establish configuration standards, design patterns, and guidelines for functional and technical teams. Review and approve functional designs across various workstreams, including Sales, Service, and CLM. Translate business strategies and requirements into comprehensive Salesforce solutions that prioritize user experience and compliance. Facilitate alignment between technical teams, functional SMEs, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Collaborate with the Integration Lead to create a resilient integration architecture with systems such as SAP, Agiloft, and Workday. Oversee data flows, API implementations, middleware strategies, and integration patterns. Support data strategy initiatives, including migration, mapping, and cleansing, working closely with the Data Lead. Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to cutover. Review solution designs for compliance with best practices and security standards. Assist with DevOps alignment, including strategies for environments, release scheduling, and deployment governance. Engage in workshops, design reviews, and architectural decision-making processes. Communicate architectural risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders. Requirements: Required: At least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect. Demonstrated expertise in architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, and CLM. Proven ability to design secure and sustainable Salesforce architectures adhering to best practices. Hands-on experience with integration strategies for enterprise systems like SAP and Workday. Experience in data migration, mapping, and cleansing processes. Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively and ensure architectural governance. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and security frameworks. Salesforce certifications are required, especially in Sales and Service Cloud. Additional certifications in Marketing or Development are a plus. Preferred: Experience in industries with complex Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with East Coast working hours to support smooth communication. Experience in presenting to executive stakeholders and participating in RFP evaluations. Physical Demands: Ability to perform essential job functions in line with federal and state standards. Sedentary work, primarily involving sitting and working on a computer. Capability to conduct repetitive tasks, using a mouse and keyboard. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $100.00-$105.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on factors such as location and experience. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with 401k retirement account access.
