As a Radiology Nurse, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care in our Radiation Oncology line. You will: Perform direct patient care, acting as an advocate and educator. Assess and determine the health needs of patients and their families. Develop individualized nursing care plans based on comprehensive assessments. Implement nursing care in compliance with regulations and standards. Provide education and support to patients regarding health promotion and disease management. Coordinate care for medically complex patients including discharge planning. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Education and Experience: Graduated from an accredited school of Professional Nursing. BSN degree is required. Previous experience in Oncology is preferred. Licensure and Certifications: Current RN license in Texas or compact license. Current BLS provider certification.
