Your Role and Responsibilities As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will take charge of implementing and supporting the integration of Workday with other software systems. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both the Workday platform and the external systems involved. Your main responsibilities include: Lead Integration Planning: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of Workday integrations with external systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design and Implement Solutions: Create and deploy integration solutions that meet client requirements, involving coding, unit testing, and rollout. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration experience. Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support after implementation to maintain the effectiveness of the integrations. Ensure Business Requirements: Verify that integrations meet business needs through comprehensive analysis and testing. This role is open to applicants across the United States. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Deep Expertise in Workday Platform: Demonstrated experience with the capabilities, limitations, and best practices of Workday integration. Experience with External System Integration: Proficient in integrating Workday with various external software systems, understanding their APIs, data formats, and communication protocols. Strong Coding and Testing Skills: Skilled in programming languages and unit testing methodologies relevant to Workday integrations, capable of producing reliable integration solutions. Business Requirements Analysis: Competence in analyzing client business requirements to inform integration design and execution. Technical Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical projects, particularly in the intricate planning, design, and implementation of integrations. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Advanced API Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs and communication protocols of various software systems enhances seamless integration with Workday. Familiarity with Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of relevant testing methodologies to ensure robust integration solutions. Business Process Understanding: Experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements to drive effective integration design.
