As a Tactical Armed Security Officer, physical fitness is vital as you'll be active throughout your shift, patrolling areas including retail stores, airports, detention centers, and more. Benefits of Joining Us: Location: Nashville, Tennessee Full-time shifts available: 5pm to 5am Sunday through Tuesday & 5pm to 11pm Wednesday 11am to 5pm Wednesday & 5am to 5pm Thursday through Saturday 11pm to 5pm Wednesday & 5pm to 5am Thursday through Saturday Competitive pay at $21.00 per hour (DailyPay available!) Opportunities for career advancement within GardaWorld. Uniform provided at no cost. Responsibilities of the Tactical Armed Security Guard: Patrol designated areas to identify suspicious activity. Verify identities and manage access to secured areas. React effectively to threats or incidents. Ensure alarms and cameras are functioning correctly. Document incidents and actions taken during your shift. Respond to alarms and conduct thorough on-site checks. Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications for the Armed Tactical Security Guard: Must be over 21 years of age. Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean Motor Vehicle Report. Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Corrections experience required (6 months minimum). Authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary. Documentation of High School Diploma or GED is required. Must successfully pass an extensive screening process. First aid certification is a plus.
