Talent Aquisition/HR Intern - Unpaid

Job Type Internship Description Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting and provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in talent acquisition within a professional environment. What You'll Do: Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks such as LinkedIn Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Post and maintain job listings across various recruitment platforms Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire materials and coordinating logistics Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and campus outreach initiatives Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting team as needed.
