Director of Medicaid Pharmacy Accounts Location: This position requires associates to work in the office 3 days a week, promoting collaboration while also allowing flexibility for productivity and work-life balance. The Director of Medicaid Pharmacy Accounts will be part of CarelonRx's Medicaid Sales and Account Management team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team dedicated to managing contracts and fostering relationships with Medicaid health plan accounts across the United States. You will cultivate strong partnerships with both clients and internal stakeholders. Your Impact: Implement CarelonRx strategies to enhance value from PBM contracts, while developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with these contracts. Lead a team focused on rebate analysis, network pricing compliance, and other critical financial elements of the contract. Recruit, train, mentor, guide, and evaluate the performance of your direct reports. Minimum Requirements: A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmacy/PBM or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills and Experience: Pharmacy License or equivalent experience in the specialty Rx sector is highly preferred. Expertise in Medicaid health plans and pharmacy benefit management is preferred. Strong relationship management skills are preferred. Experience as a liaison between pharmacy and medical health plan leadership preferred. Demonstrated experience leading an account management team preferred. Proficiency in pricing and analytics is preferred. The salary range for this position is $164,384 to $246,576. Locations: Chicago, IL; Mendota Heights, MN.
