Your industry expertise will enable you to formulate cost estimates that truly reflect local market conditions. Candidates with a strong background in structural concrete will be prioritized. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze project plans and specifications to produce precise quantity takeoffs and pricing for all facets of the project. Play an active role in organizing and contributing to the overall bid and proposal process. Evaluate various trade disciplines by thoroughly reading and quantifying construction documents. Estimate overhead components while leveraging current and historical market pricing to inform unit pricing across diverse trades. Perform macro-scale comparisons of system trades, including structural, mechanical, and foundation systems. Conduct rapid conceptual estimates with minimal design, tailoring the level of detail for different stakeholders using program square footage costs.
