Job Description Lead Product Manager for Nonprofits & Organizations As a Lead Product Manager for Nonprofits & Organizations, you will serve as a key individual contributor responsible for shaping the product strategy, market direction, and business outcomes for NetSuite ERP targeted at the nonprofit sector. This role encompasses ownership of the product vision and strategic results, allowing for substantial autonomy and influence among Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Executive stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in nonprofit business models, compliance, and impact measurement to seamlessly translate unique needs—such as grant management, donor stewardship, and program tracking—into innovative, scalable ERP and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Vision Develop and own the strategic direction and roadmap for the Nonprofits & Organizations product within NetSuite ERP. Identify and address critical nonprofit needs in areas like fund accounting, compliance, transparency, and impact tracking, transforming insights into actionable strategic priorities. Establish NetSuite's perspective on how AI-enabled ERP solutions can enhance mission delivery and stakeholder engagement for nonprofits. Market and Industry Expertise Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for nonprofit ERP applications. Engage with nonprofit customers, sector partners, and thought leaders to validate strategies and influence roadmap decisions. Shape analyst perspectives and industry messaging to highlight nonprofit priorities and differentiators. AI-Driven Product Development Identify AI-driven use cases across various functions such as donor management and grant tracking to enhance effectiveness and compliance. Collaborate with AI and platform teams to align investments with nonprofit sector needs. Innovate approaches leveraging AI and automation to boost operational efficiency in mission-driven organizations. Driving Growth and Impact Facilitate sector growth metrics, including ARR growth, adoption rates, and account expansion for the nonprofit vertical. Contribute to packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies by articulating nonprofit-specific value propositions. Provide insights for pricing, bundling, and monetization tailored to nonprofit priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Influence and partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to harmonize nonprofit strategy with execution. Clarify priorities to enable teams to deliver sector-focused enhancements effectively. Operate independently while meeting expectations for an IC4 role. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in product management or product strategy, particularly in an industry solution context. Deep domain expertise in nonprofit operations, funding, program management, and compliance. Strong ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite. Demonstrated success in defining and scaling enterprise software solutions tailored to specific industries. Capability to operate effectively at a director level as an individual contributor. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influence capabilities. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, mission-driven contexts. Desired Qualifications Experience with AI-enhanced enterprise platforms. Engagement with analyst relations or industry evangelism. MBA or equivalent business education. Compensation and Benefits Information Our compensation range for this role starts from $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity options.
