Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a temp-to-hire Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our orthopedic partner in Vineland, NJ. Location: Vineland, NJ (Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic) Schedule: Flexible start times (as early as 7:00 AM); must work at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PM Patient Volume: 17-20 patients per day Compensation: Physical Therapist (PT): $80,000 - $110,000 annually Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $28.85 - $37.00 per hourCompensation is based on qualifications, experience, and competencies. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a thriving outpatient orthopedic team in Vineland, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on evidence-based treatment, manual therapy techniques, and functional rehabilitation. Position Summary Physical Therapist (PT) The PT is responsible for performing patient evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, establishing measurable functional goals, and overseeing overall patient management. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) The PTA provides treatment interventions under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with New Jersey state regulations. Core Responsibilities For Physical Therapist (PT): Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Establish measurable goals and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated Utilize evidence-based practice, manual therapy techniques, and functional interventions Supervise and direct PTAs as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries For Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT Provide therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and functional training Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Assist with patient education and home exercise instruction Complete required documentation in a timely manner For Both Roles: Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Maintain compliance with clinic policies and state practice regulations Handle and transport medical equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs.) Bend, squat, assist patients with mobility, and stand for extended periods Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy Required Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT): Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or qualifying prior PT degree from an accredited program Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active New Jersey PTA License or eligibility for licensure For Both Roles: Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient setting Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply .
