Qualifications & Requirements Experience with engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, or heating and air conditioning Familiarity with health and safety regulations Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting Strong communication skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license In accordance with state/local law, maintain ASE Certifications as required In California, Certified Technicians must hold ASE Certifications in Engine Repair (A1), Steering and Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), and Heating Air Conditioning (A7). Master Certified Technicians are required to hold ASE Certifications in Engine Repair (A1), Transmission/Transaxle (A2), Manual Drive Train and Axles (A3), Steering and Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), Electrical (A6), Heating Air Conditioning (A7), and Engine Performance (A8). The hourly rate for this position is: $34.20 - $39.72 Benefits: Eligible associates will receive paid sick, vacation, and holiday time. Full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible associates can earn: Up to 48 hours of sick time each year, accrued per pay period, and between 80 and 200 hours of vacation per year based on years of service (after a 90-day waiting period). 8 hours of pay for each of six paid scheduled holidays per year, plus one floating holiday. Holiday Premium Pay applies if you work on a scheduled holiday due to business needs. Full-time salaried associates enjoy paid time off without a specified limit for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, and floating holidays, subject to manager approval.
