Duties include: Installing ductwork independently Hanging and installing spiral duct Installing snap lock duct Cutting and installing end caps Operating a scissor lift Working from mechanical drawings and layout instructions Maintaining productivity and quality standardsCommercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Requirements Minimum 6 years of commercial sheet metal experience REQUIRED Must be able to work independently installing duct Experience with spiral duct, snap lock, and duct fabrication tasks Ability to safely operate a scissor lift Valid Driver's License REQUIRED Must be available to work overtime (schedule typically 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed) Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints Must bring all required sheet metal hand tools Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots) Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings Reliable transportation required Professional attitude and strong work ethicPosition Details Location: Charlotte, NC Project Type: Commercial HVAC / Sheet Metal Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime Available) Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based Start Date: Immediate openings Apply today.
