As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties, as well as leading cleaning teams. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no evening hours unless requested.As the Lead Cleaner, you will be the main point of contact with the customer and your manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue through customer retention, and cleaner training. We require some experience for this position, but we will also train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn.Responsibilities:Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient mannerLead a team of two cleaners and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfactionCommunicate with clients and provide exceptional customer serviceTrain new cleaners on our Maid Right cleaning system and ensure that all cleaners are meeting our high standardsAssist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning servicesMaintain equipment and cleaning suppliesJoin our team at Maid Right and enjoy a fulfilling career in the cleaning industry.
