You Are: The leader responsible for designing, developing, and managing Manhattan solutions (MAWM, MATM, MAO) that cater to our clients, utilizing our expertise and strong partnerships. We are seeking a resourceful individual who can effectively leverage Accenture's assets to accelerate the successful implementation of Manhattan solutions. The Work: Manhattan Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of Manhattan (MAWM, MATM, MAO) to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. Assist in building technical and functional product expertise within Accenture to enhance our Manhattan capabilities. Define technology roadmaps and provide guidance on platform selection, cost optimization, and identifying value drivers. Lead comprehensive discussions on supply chain transformation across various functions and technology platforms. Technology Enablement & Solution Design: Guide clients in selecting and implementing the best supply chain fulfillment solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, e2Open). Advise on process optimization and automation opportunities to elevate supply chain efficiency. Drive strategies for integration across logistics, warehouse management, transportation management, and order management. Advisory & Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, steering them through their digital transformation journeys. Provide insights on emerging trends like AI-driven supply chain optimization, IoT, and cloud-based platforms. Lead discovery workshops and influence key decisions for enhanced business processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations) to ensure successful execution of supply chain transformation projects. Proactively identify and mitigate project execution risks, ensuring a smooth implementation. Engage closely with technology providers and industry experts to maintain a competitive edge. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business and client needs. Here's what you need: At least 8 years of experience in designing or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects. A minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain domains such as Manufacturing, Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. At least 3 years of experience in cross-functional roles, with a deep understanding of how supply chain interacts with finance, operations, and technology. Minimum of 3 years of strong advisory skills, capable of influencing decision-making and recommending industry-leading solutions. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years' work experience). An associate's degree with 6 years of equivalent experience is also acceptable. Compensation varies based on numerous factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. The anticipated job posting is expected to be open for at least 3 days.
