Your key responsibilities will include: Inspecting and repairing vehicles to ensure CarMax customers drive away with confidence. Collaborating with your team to solve problems quickly and effectively. Gaining diverse experience across a range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Maintaining our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. CarMax is a fast-paced environment, and motivation is crucial. Qualifications: Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, or heating and air conditioning. Knowledge of health and safety protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic work setting. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required. Relevant ASE Certifications, if required by State/Local law.
