Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in estimating drywall work for large commercial projects. Proficient in drywall estimating software such as QuickBid, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), PlanSwift, or similar. Strong understanding of drywall materials, techniques, and building codes relevant to commercial construction. Experience in material takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently. Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in all estimates. Knowledge of commercial construction processes and project lifecycle.
