Variable (United States of America) Registered Nurse Clinical Community Liaison Wound Care/HBO This full-time RN role is designed to work under the wound care and hyperbaric oxygen team. The primary focus is to serve as a clinical and business representative for the department, engaging with referring physicians and potential referral sources to expand service utilization and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to educate and build professional relationships. Duties And Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Referral Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for referral inquiries and follow-ups. Educational Outreach: Plan, host, and facilitate educational sessions and training programs on wound care best practices and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Collaborate with the clinical team to create up-to-date, evidence-based materials for presentations and outreach events. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the community to increase referral volumes. Represent the department at networking events, conferences, and community forums. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the wound care and hyperbaric oxygen team to align outreach strategies with clinical capabilities. Track outreach activities and referral metrics, providing regular reports to department leadership. Clinical Expertise: Offer clinical support by answering questions related to treatment protocols, patient eligibility, and post-treatment care. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Required: Active RN license in the practicing state. Proven clinical experience, ideally with exposure to wound care or hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships in a healthcare setting. Preferred: Experience in a clinical liaison or healthcare business development role. Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking for outreach activities. Additional certifications or training in wound care or hyperbaric medicine.
