In this key role, you will develop and execute strategies that elevate our evaluation and improvement services, positively impacting a diverse array of clients. You will be instrumental in fulfilling our mission to enhance teaching and learning worldwide. As the Director, you will collaborate closely with our executive team to manage the business unit's P&L, foster partnerships, and ensure the effective delivery of our services, including accreditation, professional learning, diagnostic services, and policy development. We welcome applicants with extensive experience in educational leadership, particularly in accreditation, evaluation, policy, and improvement services. A history of leading a business unit, driving systems change, and achieving measurable outcomes is crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in education or a related field, with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred. You should be a strategic thinker, capable of analyzing complex issues and formulating informed recommendations. Exceptional skills in consensus building and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels are essential. This position is remote within the U.S., with the expectation of significant time in, or potential relocation to, Alpharetta, GA, and may involve 20-40% travel.
