Job Description

Responsibilities Set up the press manually, ensuring accurate printing, scoring, and die cutting according to specified operational techniques and guidelines. Inspect dies thoroughly before and after production runs to ensure timely repairs are conducted for optimal performance. Verify that all bolts on the die cut cylinder are securely fastened. Monitor and assess box quality for aspects such as liner integrity, warping, correct dimensions, die cut precision, and print quality. Achieve proficiency in all areas of machine operation, including pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, and load former. Manage ink effectively, including adjustments for pH and viscosity. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the production team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting efficiency goals. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. Mathematical acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately utilize a tape measure. Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed.
