Job Summary and Qualifications In this role, you will: Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout scheduled shifts, identifying and reporting any changes promptly. Execute procedures and functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation in the patient's medical records. Administer prescribed medications, monitoring therapeutic responses and acting appropriately to any unintended effects. Provide exceptional patient care by responding promptly to requests, anticipating patient needs, and addressing them proactively. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring comprehension of complex medical information. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. (RN) Registered Nurse certification required. Associate Degree in nursing.
