What You'll Do: Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to support security-related protocols. Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and directions while adhering to site-specific policies and procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and client protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Maintain detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies as they arise. Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
