The Chief will be responsible for guiding a large faculty, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment, and ensuring the Division's continued growth and success. Candidates for the Chief of Nephrology position at the company must be highly collaborative, inspirational, and dynamic leaders with a proven track record in academic medical settings. The role demands a leader with experience in fostering scholarly activity, advancing clinical care models, and providing innovative leadership in medical education. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional clinical background and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Medicine/Doctor of Philosophy (M.D./Ph.D.) degree from an accredited school of medicine, board certification in nephrology, and academic accomplishments that warrant a faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or higher are required.
