The Community Program Facilitator is responsible for delivering certified resident services, which include programs that foster knowledge, develop marketable skills, promote a healthy lifestyle, and empower families. Key Responsibilities: Create a welcoming environment for all residents and serve as the first point of contact at the community center. Compile reports based on activity calendars, sign-in sheets, and monthly program hours. Design, produce, and distribute monthly calendars and weekly flyers to promote activities on-site, including door-to-door delivery. Oversee program activities, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and collaborate with community partners. Maintain a log of communications with volunteers and partners, submitting a monthly summary. Provide residents with information about local community resources and assistance. Engage residents in program planning and activities to identify additional service needs. Independently monitor interactions with children, adults, and seniors. Maintain accurate sign-in records for each activity. Manage petty cash responsibly, ensuring replenishment of necessary supplies. Supervise the community center's operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Keep all PRS documents organized and readily accessible for management requests. Other duties as assigned by management or corporate staff. Qualifications: Availability to work two days per week from 12-5pm (Monday to Friday). Occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed, typically 1-2 times per quarter. Experience in education, social work, nonprofits, or related fields; volunteer experience is valuable. Experience with diverse age groups such as children, teens, adults, and seniors. Able to work independently without supervision and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational, computer, and administrative abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social service resources in the community. Access to a home computer, email, and ability to perform light printing.
