We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior-level Travel Counselor to take on the role of Lead Travel Counselor for our Global Entertainment Client Hub. This exciting position requires an enthusiastic professional who excels in providing comprehensive travel services to elite travelers in the Entertainment, News/Media, and Sports industries. What You'll Do Provide real-time assistance to Travel Counselors, answering questions about client-specific policies and technical tools. Manage call and email queues to ensure timely responses to inquiries. Create and maintain up-to-date training documents and assist in onboarding new counselors. Collaborate with the Team Leader to monitor and enhance customer service skills. Communicate essential updates and provide consistent feedback to team members. Handle complex travel arrangements, including unique requests common in the entertainment field. Advise clients on international travel regulations and compliance with travel policies. Resolve intricate issues related to travel bookings, exchanges, and multi-destination arrangements. Utilize preferred vendors to maximize efficiency and profitability. Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and vendors. Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated on industry trends. Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's success. What We're Looking For High School Diploma 7+ years experience in customer service with 5+ years as a travel counselor. Experience working with VIP and specialty travel in the entertainment industry. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in travel booking systems, particularly Sabre GDS, and Microsoft Office. Ability to adapt to technological changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player mentality and commitment to delivering a high-touch service experience. This position offers evening shifts with some overnight responsibilities.
