Job Description: Position Details: Sunday - Thursday Night, 7 PM to Midnight start time - dependent on route. Home daily. Rogers, MN, to various domicile locations and back, 5 nights per week. Position Purpose: Join us in a critical role within the food supply chain! Our drivers ensure that customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition, serving as the face of our company and building lasting relationships with clients. The Class A CDL Shuttle Driver will operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck on assigned intrastate and interstate routes to transport logistics loads, ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include safe and timely deliveries and communication with customers and colleagues to foster a professional environment. The role requires teamwork within the department to achieve the best service for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Travel to assigned supplier/vendor and/or Performance Food Group (PFG) warehouse locations according to a scheduled route. Deliver assigned loads back to PFG warehouse locations for inventory receiving while ensuring timely pickups and proper product handling. Conduct necessary inspections of loads and paperwork, such as product counts and quality checks. Accurately complete required paperwork associated with backhaul operations. Regularly communicate with the direct supervisor to confirm routes, loads, and schedules; report any issues as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience. Valid Class A CDL. Aged 21 years or older. Compliance with all state licensing and certification requirements. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years. Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check. Must successfully pass a road test. Possess or be able to secure a valid DOT Health Card. Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move and stack product cases weighing between 10-90 pounds throughout the shift.
