Position: Temp-to-Hire Call Center Representative II Location: ONSITE ONLY Milwaukee, WI Training: Mandatory paid training for 3 weeks. Compensation: $17.00 per hour during training and production. Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (or until the last call is answered). No weekend shifts. Role Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls about child support receipts and disbursements. Maintain high standards in a fast-paced call center environment with substantial call volume. Utilize multiple computer systems while documenting each call accurately. Address inquiries and complaints related to Wisconsin child support using established scripts and procedures. Gather and research information to resolve caller inquiries effectively. Inform callers about available services and accurately assess their needs. Successful Candidates Will: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent education. Be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting requirements. Possess at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment. Be eligible to work in the US. Exhibit enthusiasm for innovative technology. Demonstrate calm conflict resolution and strong problem-solving skills. Commit to 100% attendance and punctuality. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Show a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Be well organized and effective in problem-solving tasks. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. The estimated hourly rate is $17.00, with eligibility for bonuses or incentives based on business need.
