Join our team as a full-time Treasury Management Implementation Specialist, where you can contribute to making a positive impact in our local communities. This role offers a hybrid work schedule within our five-state footprint of PA, MD, NJ, DE, and VA post-training, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. In this position, you will be responsible for the onboarding and implementation of treasury management products and services for our valued commercial clients. Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, you will ensure successful integration of tailored treasury management solutions. Your expertise in treasury products, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused approach will be essential in delivering a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end implementation of treasury management products, including cash concentration, disbursements, fraud protection, and electronic funds transfer solutions. You will handle more complex treasury products and ensure setups are completed accurately and within defined service level agreements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing updates and clear communication about project timelines and deliverables. Conduct onboarding sessions to review requirements and provide system training. Provide technical assistance, including hyper-care support for newly implemented services, and serve as an escalation point for technical issues raised by support staff. Maintain accurate documentation for all implementation activities, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Stay updated with product enhancements and assist clients in optimizing the use of cash management services for better efficiency in cash flow management. Support the Cash Management Customer Support Team as needed, particularly during high call volumes due to projects or system failures, and provide mentoring to junior team members. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required); Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of cash management, commercial banking, or related experience focusing on client implementations or technical support (Required). 2+ years of project management or similar experience (Required). Proven customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment (Required). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client implementations (Required). Effective leadership skills with a focus on mentoring junior team members (Required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach (Required). Familiarity with project management tools and practices (Required). In-depth knowledge of cash management principles, banking products, and financial systems (Required).
