Your key responsibilities: Diagnose, recondition and repair vehicles to ensure customer safety and satisfaction Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges efficiently Gain experience as an automotive mechanic working on a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Join a team that cares about both customers and their vehicles In this fast-paced environment, motivation is crucial. The hourly rate for this position is: $22.20 - $38.90 Commissions: This position is eligible for commission. Benefits: CarMax associates who are full-time hourly or commissioned are entitled to the following benefits: Up to 48 hours of sick time per year, accrued based on pay periods, and between 80 to 200 hours of vacation time per year after a 90-day waiting period, depending on years of service. Eligible for 8 hours of pay for each of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday, with Holiday Premium Pay for those who work on scheduled holidays.
