What You’ll Do • Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently • Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards • Perform visual inspections to ensure proper fit and functionality • Identify and report assembly defects or equipment concerns • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures • Support team production objectives as needed What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions • Basic math skills for measurements and production counts • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented • High School Diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed • Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks Why This Role Matters The Production Assembler plays a vital role in ensuring products are built accurately, efficiently, and on time.
