Your Role and Responsibilities: Make a significant impact on your community through comprehensive physical therapy services. Administer physical therapy treatments following established plans created by a Physical Therapist. Support patients as they progress through treatment levels while ensuring safety and adherence to protocol. Collaborate regularly with supervising Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and potential adjustments. Accurately document all treatment sessions and any relevant patient interactions according to CORA standards. Provide education and resources to patients and families regarding at-home exercises and activities. Foster effective communication with patients, families, and all rehabilitation team members. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance your skills and contribute positively to clinic culture. What You’ll Need: A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current licensure or eligibility to be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). A strong desire to learn, grow, and positively impact lives: new graduates are welcome!
