Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & 401(k) Employee Ownership: Participate in our ESOP for a brighter future Requirements for Class A CDL Company Truck Drivers Valid CDL-A Minimum age of 21 At least 6 months of recent OTR or regional experience (within the last 3 years) Experience with refrigerated freight Proven safe driving track record Stable work history Enjoy monthly performance sign-on pay for the first 6 months: $0.025 CPM for under 3 years of experience or $0.05 CPM for 3+ years, based on safe driving and miles driven.
