Position Overview: The SBA Loan Servicing Specialist, under the supervision of the SBA Servicing Supervisor, is integral to ensuring compliance and effective management of the existing SBA loan portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Process servicing requests, including deferments, collateral substitutions, restructures, and assumptions from borrowers. Analyze annual financial information submitted by clients. Monitor loan risk ratings and classified loans, utilizing the Special Attention Credit report quarterly. Ensure the timely maintenance of financial statements, tax returns, and other pertinent documents. Assist in following up on delinquent loan accounts to facilitate resolution. Conduct post-closing audits to verify compliance with credit guidelines and loan authorizations. Manage performance-based loans in line with established policies. Maintain a strong understanding of Bank operational policies and compliance regulations relevant to this role. Stay informed and compliant with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC Regulations. Foster a work environment free of harassment and promote EEO/AA policies. Report any unsafe working conditions promptly. Be proactive in the Bank's Cybersecurity initiatives by maintaining vigilance and reporting potential threats. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four-year institution. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in financial analysis and SBA loan servicing. Strong customer service skills, with effective communication abilities through phone and email. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Aptitude for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in personal computer applications and relevant software. Physical requirements include sitting, occasional walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Compensation for this role ranges from $73,353 to $89,654, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
