Join our dynamic US Wealth Leadership team at Mercer as we seek a driven and talented individual to step into the crucial role of Wealth Management Segment Executive. This hybrid position requires in-office work for at least three days a week, providing the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility. The Wealth Management Segment Executive is instrumental in charting the future growth of our Wealth Management division. This role encompasses setting the strategic direction, ensuring financial success, and acting as the commercial leader representing our firm to stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Your Key Responsibilities: Drive financial success by achieving revenue, profit, and sales targets for the Wealth Management segment. Act as the commercial leader responsible for daily decision-making and implementing strategic priorities for the segment. Establish strategic direction including market segmentation and competitive positioning. Lead and develop direct reports while collaborating with sales and key partners across various offices. Nurture talent within the segment for continuous growth and performance improvement. Support broader US Investments leadership goals and collaborate with Wealth Management leaders from other regions. Facilitate cross-Marsh initiatives to maximize opportunities. Oversee product design and development initiatives, including model portfolios and private market solutions. Qualifications Needed: Extensive knowledge and experience in navigating the rapidly evolving U.S. Wealth Management landscape, particularly in alternative investments and model portfolios. Proven track record in developing comprehensive multi-year strategies that include market and competitive analysis. Experience designing strategic partnerships that align with Mercer's objectives. History of effectively implementing strategic partnerships while managing associated risks. In-depth product development experience in compliance with SEC regulations. Strong capability to build and lead a 'wholesale' force and infrastructure to foster demand for our offerings. Experience in managing technology and marketing support for product execution. The salary range for this role is $232,000 to $348,000, with the final offer determined by qualifications and experience. This position may also allow for performance-based incentives.
