About the Role As a Senior Software Engineering Manager on the Monetization Experience Team, you will be at the forefront of driving our employer revenue through cutting-edge product experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the team in crafting a delivery roadmap while aligning it with business and product objectives. Collaborate effectively with engineering peers, product managers, UX designers, and program management to create a long-term strategic vision. Mentor engineers at all career stages, fostering professional growth and development. Create an environment that allows your team to self-organize, ensuring predictable delivery and healthy work habits. Set and raise the technical standards by establishing clear quality expectations, processes, and best engineering practices. Encourage practical technical problem-solving and foster thoughtful discussions around trade-offs. Required Skills and Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Over 7 years of experience managing software development and a proven track record of timely project deliveries across multiple functions. Strong background as a Software Engineer and experience tackling complex challenges. Experience driving large-scale projects that involve multiple teams while promoting effective engineering practices. Familiarity with modern software development technologies and architectures such as service-oriented systems, APIs, and web/backend frameworks; experience with frontend technologies like React is a plus. Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, aiding in their skill enhancement and career progression. A sense of ownership as both a technical leader and a product advocate. Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and business audiences. Salary Transparency Remote positions range from $167,000 to $243,000 annually.
