Your Key Responsibilities: As a Plumbing Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in: Project Assessment: Evaluating project requirements, collaborating with sales teams and Project Managers, and delivering accurate plumbing project estimates, including time and cost analysis. Diverse Project Engagement: Utilizing your knowledge across various project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to showcase your flexibility in plumbing estimating and management. Meticulous Estimation: Producing detailed cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, interpreting blueprints, assessing bids, and drafting proposals. Complex Project Management: Effectively managing projects of various complexities, ensuring precision and thoroughness in estimates. Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry to maintain a competitive edge. Effective Communication: Collaborating successfully with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to guarantee project success. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding plumbing codes and specifications and ensuring all projects meet necessary regulations. Documentation: Maintaining well-organized records of all completed estimates for easy access and review. Your Qualifications: 5+ Years of Experience: Strong background in plumbing estimating and project management is required. Diverse Project Portfolio: Extensive experience with a variety of project types, including Commercial and Industrial. Estimation Proficiency: Ability to accurately estimate plumbing project costs, prepare estimates, review plans and specifications, research materials, read blueprints, evaluate bids, and create proposals. Industry Awareness: Committed to staying informed of current industry trends. Effective Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration. Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and specifications related to projects. Organizational Skills: Ability to keep organized records of completed estimates.
