Under the guidance of a Charge Nurse, you will assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in providing care to patients facing kidney disease. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, safe, and comfortable dialysis treatment. You will record and assess patients before and after treatments, continuously monitor them during procedures, and ensure optimal renal care by reviewing medication profiles monthly and administering medications as directed by physicians. Team Collaboration: Be an essential member of an interdisciplinary team responsible for patient assessments and care planning. You will also help ensure that staffing needs are met according to regulations. Safety and Quality Standards: Operate under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, following all company policies and legal standards. Attendance to required staff meetings and continuing education is also part of your commitment. What We Are Looking For: Current nursing license in the applicable state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience. Preferred: Previous experience in dialysis nursing. Ready to Make a Difference?
