Your Role as a Hemodialysis Nurse: Responsibilities Include: Delivering direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis. Overseeing care processes, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient inquiries. Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their comprehensive needs throughout their recovery journey. Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care standards and equipment usage. Qualifications for Consideration: Active RN licensure as per state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire. CRRN certification is preferred (we support obtaining this if necessary). Minimum of 6 months dialysis nursing experience required. Preferred 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
