Job Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care as an RN in post-acute facilities Discuss various care solutions with the medical team, residents, and families Collaborate with clinical teams to tailor care plans Ensure adherence to resident care plans Administer medications and treatments Draw fluids for lab tests as necessary Monitor and maintain medical equipment effectiveness Train and supervise nursing staff in compliance with care standards Uphold nursing regulations and facility protocols Document vital signs, interventions, and patient histories accurately Assist with incident investigations and care best practices development Qualifications and Skills: Active Maryland state RN license Completion of an accredited nursing program At least 6 months of experience as an RN or in a related role Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Capability to lift at least 50 lbs If you want to advance your nursing career while enjoying the work-life balance you deserve, we want to hear from you!
