UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant for a nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours are based off the operational  needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital located in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable The RN Transplant Quality Analyst is a high-impact clinical quality role that directly influences performance outcomes, strategic growth, and our organization's ability to deliver safe, reliable, and effective care. We are seeking a Registered Nurse Transplant Quality Analyst who will: Analyze clinical outcomes data to identify trends, variation, and performance gaps. Translate insights into actionable improvement strategies in partnership with clinical leadership. Abstract, audit, and validate complex datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leaders, and operational teams to implement evidence-based improvements. Drive structured improvement work using A3, Lean, and QAPI methodologies. Monitor and report regulatory and quality metrics.
