SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager Requirements: Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays General understanding of restaurant or retail operations required A minimum of six months of restaurant management (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience necessary Proven capability to run shifts independently Strong communication skills, along with basic math, reading, and computer skills Able to follow directions, work autonomously, multi-task, and solve problems effectively Commitment to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards SONIC and its franchise owners are Equal Opportunity Employers.
