Our clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech equine-assisted therapy in a nurturing, collaborative, and family-centered environment, empowering children and their families with the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities.We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our growing team at Unbridled. The OT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs, including gross motor development, gait training, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional mobility.Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.Provide direct equine-assisted therapy sessions using evidence-based, play-centered approaches.Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.Complete documentation requirements in the EMR system.Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current state OT license (or eligibility for licensure).Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required.Horse knowledge and experience with horses preferred.
