This pivotal leadership position involves overseeing the TAS Centers of Excellence, actively supporting our national strategy, and spearheading business development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and nurturing essential client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services by client engagement teams. This role will also require you to lead complex deal-related issues, uphold rigorous standards for quality and consistency, and mentor team members in critical aspects of our operations. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance, with an MBA being preferable. At least 10 years of experience in financial statement-related professional services is required, including a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated TAS setting. Experience in managing complex national and multi-national buy and sell-side transactions, particularly from a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be a CPA certified professional with robust technical accounting expertise, paired with exemplary leadership, project management, and communication skills.
