Job Requisition ID # 25WD94154 Position Overview Join our dynamic organization as a Senior Manager of GTM Analytics and Insights! We are looking for an analytical professional eager to shape our data-driven strategies and boost revenue growth. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Revenue Strategy, you will be integral in driving our analytics foundation. You’ll deliver actionable insights and empower GTM leaders with the necessary data to drive revenue strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data Operations, and IT, you'll design effective KPIs, dashboards, and analytical frameworks. Responsibilities Develop and implement a scalable GTM analytics strategy to support our top revenue initiatives. Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate GTM plays, revenue drivers, and overall GTM effectiveness. Lead the end-to-end analytics initiatives from requirements gathering and data exploration to modeling, dashboard creation, and insightful delivery. Ensure robust data governance by establishing strong validation and quality control processes to maintain accuracy. Synthesize and present insights clearly, tailoring communication for both technical and non-technical audiences to influence strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align analytical outputs with business priorities and support essential revenue decisions. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, or a related field (required). Over 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, SaaS strategy, or GTM/Sales Operations, with a strong record of addressing complex analytical challenges. Expert proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, objects, and data architecture. Solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and renewals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights. Ability to create clear and impactful reports and presentations for diverse audiences. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions. Demonstrated project management skills, balancing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make timely and informed decisions. Salary Transparency The starting base salary for this role ranges from $124,000 to $221,430, based on experience and geographic location. The compensation package includes annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
