Business Analytics and Insights Manager - req1630 OVERVIEW Join our team as the Business Analytics and Insights Manager, where you will play a crucial role in providing impactful sales analytics, reporting, and operational support. This position focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making that enhances sales efficiency and performance management across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Business Units, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure accurate sales data and effective adoption of analytics tools vital for driving revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Executive & Sales Leadership Support - Deliver real-time sales analytics and insights that empower leadership and field management to make informed decisions. Offer specialized reports and analyses for quarterly forecasts, pipeline reviews, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and sales leadership meetings. Your ability to translate complex sales data into concise, executive-ready insights will be key. Sales Reporting & Analytics - Oversee sales reporting processes, including pipeline, forecast, bookings, revenue, and performance metrics. Develop, enhance, and automate various sales reports and dashboards to ensure consistent definitions, governance, and high data quality across all metrics. Territory and Performance Analysis - Collaborate with sales leadership to design optimal territory and account coverage models. Analyze sales performance trends across regions, products, and customer segments to identify areas for growth and improvement. Sales Systems & Tools Enablement - Act as a liaison for sales-related IT systems like CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytic platforms. Support the optimization and effective use of these tools to enhance sales capabilities and performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work jointly with Finance, Marketing, and Business Units to align sales analytics with broader financial forecasts and market strategies. Foster data-driven discussions to streamline sales execution and increase operational efficiency. Continuous Improvement & Special Projects - Identify ways to enhance sales reporting and data accuracy while minimizing manual processes. Lead or support special projects focused on sales effectiveness and analytics improvements. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated understanding of business processes within areas such as Business Units, finance, sales, marketing, and service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with Qlik analytics and Oracle business intelligence software. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team to meet clear expectations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects while ensuring quality. Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as needed. Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule when required. Proficient in various data analysis and business intelligence styles for effective visualization and interpretation. Extensive experience in system implementation, including analysis, design, configuration, and change management. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with business intelligence solutions, showcasing both professional and management capabilities. Preferred 9 years of experience in the field. This is a remote position within the USA, and availability to work in PST is essential due to scheduling requirements. Salary Range: Minimum $112,900 to Maximum $181,800 annually, dependent on experience. About Us!
