SHIFT SNA - Shift 2 (10%) POSITION OVERVIEW The CNC Operator position is essential for the production of medical devices. In this role, you will operate and perform basic setups on CNC 2 and 3 Axis machines, efficiently identifying X, Y, Z, and 0 coordinates. You will be responsible for running multiple CNC machines such as Lathes, EDM Wire, and Plunge machines, while also utilizing manual machine tools to cut, drill, shape, and finish high-quality products, with some supervision. Experience with CNC machining in a manufacturing setting is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Report directly to the area Supervisor. Perform basic machining functions to produce high-precision parts. Operate multiple machines simultaneously with efficiency. Monitor machine performance to ensure proper program execution. Complete shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets accurately. Make offsets and adjustments to machines with moderate supervision. Advocate for health and safety, prioritizing the well-being of self and others. Support quality and compliance by adhering to all Quality Management Systems (QMS) procedures and work instructions. Complete all required training promptly.
